air exhaust?

I bought a new dust exhaust assembly from carvewright. The two plastic parts separate when a carve starts. Should there be a "O" ring where they join?

Can I glue the parts together?

no. it should just slip inside the hole. I duct tape mine because it kept coming out

I had to go check to be sure and Leo is right they just snap together. On the fitting that goes into the back of the machine, there are a few ribs that look like they are suppose to go over the rings on the outer fitting. If needed do like Leo and tape it on...
