bit dropped out and broke

could not get the bit out earlyer then the whole assembly unscrewed and messed up a project. fixed that ran project again and bit dropped out and broke not sure what is up with this thing. I like the idea but wood is not free and it needs to earn its keep.

Any ideas on how to line it out?
