I had a request from a individual to add a draw under one of the gun racks I make and this is what I came up with over the weekend.

So today I didn't have much to do, so I built another and added some carvings to it.

Thanks,I wish those where mine, but the guns belong to a customer that sent me a picture to put on my website.

Very nice work John. I don't live to far from you, Just outside of Hickory in Lincolnton. I didn't know anyone else with a Carvewright lived anywhere near here.

I like the black one and the blue ones the best. Great job on the carving as well.
Here's a tip on making drawers. The sides should have a rabbit joint and overlap the front piece before the carved piece goes on. There is a reason for this. The sides of the drawer should be attached from the side so when you open the drawer it doesn't pull the front off.
Great job , I'm sure they will sell good.
