Hi all, newbie here from Ruston, LA. I'm actually a painter and am starting to make a few of my own frames as experiments. Here is my first project on my carvewright that is a small frame that I am currently working on. Still in the middle of gilding it.

My question is that I want to create a tondo frame (circle). I want the center to be raised and the outer edge to be a lower profile. I have done that by just making a pattern in photoshop. So the question is, that I have set up a bunch of filigree patterns that I want to map to the curved pattern. Is this possible?

Here is the curved surface.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Just lay them on top of one another in designer, then change the Merge settings on the left to Additive. That should do it. You may need to play with the depth and height settings to get it just the way you want it.
