Board Tracking Encoder Damper

Does anyone know the exact position of part 99 the "Board Tracking Encoder Damper"? While cleaning I removed the squaring plate strongback and did not realize that the damper fell out until later, now while assembling I'm at a standstill. Not sure if it covers a screw upright or sits underneath some place horizontally. Any help is appreciated...

I know, "if brains were dynamite..." anyway, thanks for the info, I was looking at the exploded parts page, didn't think about the installation instructions.
