My Corian Sled

I made this up yesterday, I had purchased some 1/2 in corian and needed a way to carve it.
So with the great ideas on the forums I made this quick sled to hold 1/2 x 8 x 10

Here is what I did, no time to take photo right now. I have my usual 3/4" sled, so for a 8x10" piece of corian I took a 10x12" piece of MDF and had the CW carve 1/4" deep 8x10 area center on the MDF. The corian now fits in the cut out area and put the MDF on the sled, double sided tape, clamp in and away we go. Also do the same for MDF cut for the 5x7 corian.
