attached is a four clock project, my question what woud I use to mark the center
of the circle so I could a fornster bit to drill thru in same point on each one.
I know I could use a drill function, but what do I use ,text or what. I just want a point
to fit the drill bit tip. I tried a period under "text", but it give me a sq mark.
any help would be great.

You need to use a font that has a round period. Two I've found offhand are astute & bassett.

You could use a drill function, but set the depth at 0.1". Set the drill to use a bit already in the project to speed it up, and the diameter the same as the size of the bit.

Here is what I did. Set snap to .125 drew cross hair (for reference) setting angle to 0 and the other to 90 degrees. Zoomed in and arranged cross hairs to grid pattern then arranged the lines. Firmware Lord gots you covered.

Using the attach function and the yellow dot in the center of each circle, find the center of each circle to two of the closest edges. Using the drill tool, make a shallow hole (.05") and use the attach function again to center it in the circles using the measurements found in the previous step. See attachment. Alternately, you could just use the drill tool to cut the circles to any depth.

Steve thanks for your time and effort. I used the text method from a another post and it worked well, this way I don't
have to change bits.
Thanks again
