View Full Version : P O M, Black Forest Shelf, mini- me's

I sold my only copy of the POM Black Forest shelf at the show just a few days ago.
My wife said should make 2 more, so I went into the shop and I did not have a enough
wood for 2. Then I decided to shrink them down and make to 2 on one board I did have.
Here is the results. I used a board that would fit in one of my sleds and I would not
waste and extra wood doing so. All the parts fit on one 11 1/4" x 16" finish pine board.

What kind of wood did you use?

Clint, I used the finish grade pine from Lowes.

They turn out great, how tall are they.

They are 5" x 7" and I had to adjust the shelf to match the width,
and adjust the depth of the shelf too.

Those are really great, Perry! Nice finish too. Perfect for small knick-knacks as you've shown in the photo. Excellent work!

Love your B.F.Shelf in miniature. I think they would make great craft show pieces.
