I am trying to purchase a pattern from the store but every time I check out it says nothing in my cart? I am logged in but it drops my loggin? what am I doing wrong.

Store registration is separate from you regular account registration.

So if you don't have a separate store account you will need to create one

I do have a store account and It says that I am logged in. I log in and when I search for my item the login screen show me not logged in.

I just tried it and it seemed to work ok, maybe they hand a temp glitch, or there is a problem with what you are trying to purchase.

Hopefully it clears up for you

No luck, I am logged into the store log in and as soon as I click away and try to find the pattern my log in is not there and nothing appears in my cart?. I will have to call them Monday. Or just try to find it at a different vendor.

Make sure your not blocking cookie's to the site. If using Explorer go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Sites to verify.

Most of the time it is a case of logging into the wrong account. See section 1.4 login and password recovery under learninglab > getting started at www.carvewright.com.

I found that I can order from my wifes PC so something I have is blocking it. I just need to reset my securities.

If that is the case then your ip address may have been blocked due to multiple failed orders.
