Y-axis stall after replacing Y-motor mount

I had to replace the Y-motor mount on a 3-month old machine. Fortunately was under warranty, so just shipping cost incurred thanks to LHR's help. So replaced the motor exactly according to the document "Removing and replacing the Y-motor truck pack". Yet, I am getting a consistent "Y-axis stall, error E05-0303". Not sure why, as I did every step, checked, rechecked and checked again all wires and connections. When I move the head to center position and turn the machine on, it will move all the way to the left (towards the keypad). I start a project, the Z head goes up/down (says homing), then the stall. (see 1st video) Any experts out there that can tell me what I am doing wrong?

UPDATE: Did user tests, x-axis was good, z axis was good, on both y-axis and cut motor tests, head just jerked (see 2nd video)

Y motion seems strained. I am not one of the experts, but did you try checking the bearings for movement. Put a mark on them (sharpee) and see if the mark spins when you move it. If everything is moving, then try and back off the bearing adjustment a little.

I would check to insure the FSC cable is seated good in the back of the Z truck and also check to insure there are no nicks.

All, Have tried all suggestions. Loosening, retightening tension screw...check. Bearings good...check. Assembly moves smoothly and easily by hand (power off) back and forth...check. Check the FSC Cable, no issues, check. I have uploaded these pictures so the techs at LHR can see them. Even checked all the connections on the underside of the machine.

LHR tech Joseph worked diligently all day to diagnose the problem. After several back and forths, the "ghost motion" of the Y-motor mount was the indicator as to the solution. When the truck was moved along the Y-axis manually while powered up, it automatically moved back to "home" when released. Self checks showed no change in the y-axis (always stayed at 0.00). Turns out it is the controller electronics board enclosure assembly. True to their word (and warranty), they are shipping me a replacement one at no cost. My thanks to all who have assisted me and given me troubleshooting ideas along the way. My appreciation, as always, goes to LHR and their customer service/tech support. Hopefully, I will not be posting on this particular part of the forums again.
