Door switches

Can anyone tell me what size screws hold on both door micro switches? A couple years ago I had trouble with one so I bypassed both and ended up losing the covers and screws. I called carvewright a few months ago and the guy said they had it all but had no price and he had to call me back but he never did. So my question is are the covers mandatory or can I get the screws locally and install without?

At times I like the machine being able to run with the door open, but it makes me very nervous when changing bits all I can see is it going nuts and turning on with my hand in there.. :???:
