Manually calibrate for rubber belts...?

Ok, Carvers. The last set of rubber belts I installed, I had to "ADD" for the x axis, now my problem is that I am using a 36" (on the mark) board and the machine is reading 36 1/2". For the life of me, I have played around with every button on the control modual and CANNOT figure out how to subtract that half of an inch. Can anyone help me, please?;)

First thing to check is to make sure that the o ring on the brass roller is not hitting the new belts! it hard to see. so take some time to be sure...

...or, just remove the rubber O-ring...see if that helps.
