Broken brush cap replacement?

Has anyone replaced the brush cap with local parts or have an extra? Mine broke and need to find a replacement. I just don't need any other parts to call in a LHR order.

I broke one in 2007 using a narrow screwdriver... I have a big blade just for it now... They are going to be hard to find...

JB Weld and clean up the threads....

If you have all the parts, try super-glue.
