problem with opening carvewright

Hi, I no longer can open Carvewright. I may have a virus. I think I need to uninstall the program and install it again. Where do I go to download the software again?

Why would you think you have a virus? Did you scan your computer with your anti-virus software? In any case, I don't think that would affect opening of Designer - but, who knows?

First of all RESTART. Sometimes things get mixed up in memory and restarting usually fixes it. If you are still having problems, you can find the latest version of the Designer at http://www.carvewright.com/update. You should uninstall the old version first. Be sure to make a backup copy of the Carvewright folder located in c:\users\Your Name..

If you are running Windows 7 or Vista, don't forget to use the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" command to install it AND to register it.
