View Full Version : stripped tighting screw

The tighting screw that holds the bits in place is starting to strip out.does anyone know where I can get a replacement?I checked the website and did not see any.Thanks for the help.

I beleive it is a standard machine thread, I would try one from a home improvement store. Take the old one with you and make sure they both screw into the same nut.

and you will learn how and what to get to replace the screw. I picked up mine at Lowes.

I finally removed the screw and went to my local hardware store and found a replacement for 65 cents
