In addition,the machine requires the memory card to contain Firmware version 1.170 orlater. If you bought it used, you may need to send us proof of purchase, so we can remove from the previous owner.

If you bought it new, make sure you are using capital letters and decimal points should look like this and start with an A, B or C XX.###.###
