Hi Connie, just let you know, the Shrimp and Petroleum festival in Morgan City is still on for this weekend.
I just got a notice from them, So do drop in and find my booth somewhere this weekend. That is if you are still
going to New Orleans area after the Issac.

My hotel in French Quarter just called and canceled my reservation. Said they wouldn't reopen until September 7th at the earliest. Don't know if that means they sustained damage or not.

Not sure what we are going to do now. May have to delay leaving.

You would probably have to use a boat to get there anyways. I10 is closed in La Place. So, unless I12 stayed open and there is no water on I10 between NOLA and the I10-I12 junction, you may be waiting a while...
