Been lurking for a long time, finally decided to join and post.

I've had my machine since I saw the 1st TV add about it, in 07-08 I think, it wasn't used much until I finally got a place to do any wood working when I moved. I'm a C6 quadriplegic, so it has been a challenge at times, but wood working has been my peace and relaxation for the past year. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself to the community, I'm looking forward to learning from the more experienced users on here.

Welcome Bryan,
I’m in a similar situation. I’m in a wheelchair due to progressive MS. The CW is a great way to spend some time away from your troubles. I spend a lot to time on the computer with CW software just playing with different patterns and designs. It really is amazing what this machine can do and the people on this forum can help you with any problems you may have. Happy Carving

I'd be interested in the MPC also for my son who would also enjoy that chair.

The chair was actually a 1st try on that size, I have to make some changes to the mpc to make all the joints and seat dimensions a little better fit, once that's done I plan on offering it to others, just gotta make time to do it. I have two different ones, one fits a child around 4-6 years old, the one pictured is for up to 4 depending on body size, both are not 100% finished. The one pictured can be cut out and assembled in around 4 hours give or take time depending on how fast you are with sanding, and cost around $10 to make if you use 1x12 spruce like I did.
