The icon shows a circular pattern, but I only find horozantal and vertical. How do you offset copy around a point?

The icon is somewhat misleading in that aspect... You cannot copy-offset around a point.

Is there anyreason to download new version without purchasing new suites? I'm sure I'll purchase later but not anytime soon.
