Just got done looking at Lawrence's beautiful hummingbird cheese board here:
http://forum.carvewright.com/showthread.php?20928-quick-hummingbird-cheese-board&p=180005#post180005
and was wondering if anybody has done fretwork type of work on the Carvewright at all?
If, for this example using Lawerence's Hummingbird, we reversed the pattern, do all cutouts with tabs and a 1/16" cutting bit?
Apparently you would need a sled and maybe a backer board if you'd want to keep the sled nice for future projects.

My CC is being upgraded right now or I wouldn't be asking this question. ;)

I've done a LITTLE-- very little

I would think that the 1/16 cutting bit would excel at this type of work

Again, nice job Lawrence!

Just wanted to see if anybody had tried this method with the CW.

Any recommendations/suggestions based on your experience with that carving?

Thanks!
