So it is advised that when using the 3/16 bit to always use best. I have a carve that is nothing more than a couple contours in oak. What is the feed difference if I use normal? The carve time is an hour difference and I would like to use that one. What does the masses think?

Lots of views but no responses so here is what I did. I loaded it as normal and it is doing great. And fast too.

I use it a lot on the same type of cut , love it.
draft work well but will need some sanding after carve.

I may have to try draft. I always sand anyway so probably wouldn't hurt. I know the bit will handle it I just worry about the machine itself. I don't know the different feed rates with the 3/16 bit.

Draft and the 3/16" bit is fine on my stuff... kinda the point to speed up carving and it does...
