Do you have an image of this badge? it would help us to determine what it would look like.

Thats pretty close but not enough detail for what they are asking for. May use it though if I can't find another. Thank you

Hi Eddie , that pattern is what i needed. It's clean and detailed enough to do what I have planned. Thanks a bunch and you can PM me to let me know what the cost is on it. Again thanks to you and all who helped.

Thanks guys, Bobalou, I am working on it with bass relief to get the depth down to .25 without losing details. Should have it for you tomorrow, so check back. As to cost, this is what the forum is about, sharing. Sharing has almost gone away because of ebay sellers taking the patterns we post here and selling them. One or 2 bad apples hurting the forum community. That is why the not to be sold line.

Here is the same uscg surfman pattern, this time it is .25 depth, after using the bass relief method on the 3d file.

Looks great Eddie...also looks like you solved the pass index issue in blender. Anytime you are rendering multiple meshes in the same scene you need need to set the pass index to one on each individual mesh. If you have a lot of parts this can be a pain so I usually take into zbrush and combine all the subtools to 1 then use decimination master to reduce poly count then render in blender.

Thanks John, the hardest part is understanding the UI in blender. Getting to one place, such as the meshes, then having to go back to the doc's of blender to figure out how to select all, slowed me down. I have written many notes to help me in the future. Actually it is easy now, but then again I bet I did this one 20 or more times before I got it accomplished.

Only way I have found is the lasso, ctrl+LMB then drag around the objects.
