still looking and found one in the archive but can't download it or open it any help appreciated and if could find some project like the pic

That looks more like a backgammon board/case than domino's? Did you really mean domino's?

The only Domino game I know of that uses a starting pad is Chicken foot. Will this work - it is a fun game with four or more players.
