Need Help With a Table

I have a disable client in a wheel chair. She has asked if a TV Tray type table could be made for her which would pull out or up over her wheel chair.
I saw a coffee table one time that had a hing which you could pull up and out. Does anyone have any ideas where I could find one.
It is for one of the patients in a Nurse home I donate to.
