Can use make a tool change

I have been using my carve wright to make cuckoo clocks and just receintly finished a clock of nomandy. Starting another one now The woodland clock for my wife. My question is can you make tool change in the program. In other words start the project with a 1/8 tool and than change to a 1/16 tool to fiinish all in the same program. I have been tracing the object onto see through tracing paper and tapeing it to screen and drawing it into carve wright. It is very slow but it works, is there a quicker way. Can I scan it in somehow in a way similar to doing a picture.
Has any one tried to do that? When this one is done I start a Dome clock that will be 5 Ft. tall :)
