HI, Has anyone worked with Lowes on the extended warranty.

What they had me do was trouble shoot with LHR. Found out the x term boad was bad.
Lowes says they will reimburse me for the part. I haven't sub,itted the recept for part yet..

What about the time I spent trouble shooting and replacing the part myself. Is that covered.
They have not answered that question yet.

Has anyone used the Lowes extended warranty and can offer some advice.

Dealing with the lowes warranty is new even for LHR. Let us know how it goes.

I am interested in this also.
Do you know if they will still honor the rest of the warranty time after the first use of it?
(Is it a one time use during the time period)

I have the same warranty.

OKay, here is what happened.
Filed the claim for parts and labor with lowes. simple fax to a number they gave me with the receipt for the x term card from LHR.
I claimed the part $59.75 and I also put down 1 hour labor for troubleshooting and part replacement of $30.00
Received a check after about 10 days for the part $59.75. Nothing for the labor. Thought about it and for me as long as they paid for the part I am happy.
So overall a good experience.
