Today I had to email arequest to change my SW to another PC. Less than 1 hr after I sent the email my phone ring and it was CS from CW I think she said her name was Sally?
She hooked me right up and got me up and running

Gone must be the days of olod where you would have to wait forever when it came to email. CW is growing up it looks like

Lol. That WAS me. I must not enunciate my name. I've been called all kinds of things!

Thanks. I think u had good timing. Mondays are crazy. Everyone calls Monday mornings and emails us over the weekend. Plus I have to go to the Monday morning management meetings, so sending it in the afternoon worked out well. Wish we could make everyone so happy!!

FYI, Robert's out for two weeks, so we are down one CS rep. You may get Joe on the phones. He is filling in to help us deliver great customer service.
