All created using centerline software and 60 degree v carve bit. Select Pine from Lowes on Anderson & Home is where.... MDF on MAN CAVE sign. If it helps anyone for the Man Cave sign I carved the letters, slopped black paint into letters, sanded when dry then using high density foam roller, rolled over top of sign with chestnut paint. Tip-Very light pressure on the roller and make sure roller is full but not dripping wet. I rolled over card board before beggining each application so I did not get any runs into letters. I submitted a thread earlier about carving MDF after it is painted black. My board sensor does not pick up board even with entire board cover in white mask. If there was another trip it would be appreciated.
