Pattern Help

Lokking for help converting this Seal of Michigan Deparment of Military and Veterans Affairs into a pattern. I've attached the only file I can access. I'm looking for a larger one. Any help would be appreciated. Would like to make new boss a welcome present.

If you do a Google search on a subject or picture, quite often there are several sizes that you can
bring up, just by asking for a larger version of what you've found --- most times there are good number
to choose from, --- It often works for me.

Thanks Ken. Everyone that has seen this sign loves the detail of the graffics and I appreciate your quick help. It made making this sign in two days possible. Hopefully I can become good at transforming things into patterns also. I've picked up a few more requests from people who have seen this sign.
