Could really use some help making an mpc

A friend of mine asked me to make him a few plaques with the Arrow of Light design carved into them, unfortunatly i cant seem to get clean edges/lines and even at that a few areas look like they would break away. I and dont have the best software for this and am not to good yet at making it from scratch. I am hoping someone could lend me a hand. Looking to do it as a recessed carve about 2.5" x 8". This is the best picture I could find to work from. Thank you to anyone that can help with this

Here's a choice if it helps

Just copy and paste the pattern mpc to a new project board
