Per this thread http://brassgoggles.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,789.msg9936.html#msg9936, you could design one for free using eMachineShop. Eport to DXF or send the image to a paint program, color with different shades of grey, and import in Designer. Ask if this doesn't make sense.

I dowloaded a freeware program yesterday called Inkscape and it has a function under [Extensions] [Render] and [Gear] that makes gears. You could decide the number of teath and what not. Looks pretty cool to me. As for the whole in the middle you could draw that and just center it with the gear itself.
I was able to copy and paste it straight into GIMP as a raster.
It also pated directly into Adobe Illustrator as a vector.
