So, I was starting a project yesterday and got a tracking error while measuring. The board wasn't moving, and the belts were, so I figured that I had a board out of square that was causing it to jam.
Wrong - there was a piece of plastic that had fallen from the nether regions of the machine and was jamming the board on the outfeed table, keypad side.
Here's a pic of the piece - about 1.5"x1" with a hole for a screw to attach it wherever the heck it goes....
