I am still debating on weather to purchase a Carvewright system. Does anyone know how long their 5 year sale is going to last? It would be just my luck to decide to get one and have the sale end the day prior.

Why wait? Buy now!! You're just delaying the fun!

It's not quite that easy, still have to convince my wife.

It's not quite that easy, still have to convince my wife. You might use the fact that it will keep you home more, as the machine needs someone nearby while it's running. You could be cleaning the garage or basement, or doing other tasks as long as you can keep an eye on the carving process.

She may also find it fun to design some of the projects as gifts for family and friends. If she likes to paint, she'll find the projects give her a ready made canvas.

I used your link and went to it and it was in English. Somehow your language settings in facebook have been changed to Italian. Click the down arrow next to home on the upper left hand side, then click account settings, then language and change to English.

Tell her after the sell ends then you are looking at $1699.00 at Amazon and higher at other sources! I convinced my wife to buy a 5th machine, but she lost her job and that ended that!

If you are thinking about getting one you would be foolish to miss this deal. I wish there was a way I could buy a couple of them right now. The closest thing to it (I think) would be a shopbot at about $7000. There are a few others but they are limited to about 15 by 24 inches on your projects. The others just don't compete. Let's see I have 3 people coming for a class tomorrow. If I could get 7 more..........

I just hope it's still available through tax time... I'm sure they might pick up a few more orders with some tax refund money... that's when i'll be able to get another one......

just my luuck out carving on my machine and the flex shaft melted and the display screen shows nothing but black squares. I said oh wll time to buy a new machine anyway . then I get on the website and the sale is over. My wife said wait till it goes on sale again. But I dont think it will. But maybe I could sale it as a part machine to make up some of the diffrence. Oh 5 year sale why did you have to end?

The 5 Year sale is over, but it's still $400 less. It is usually $1599.99.

I'm glad they give you the option of choosing how long you need the warranty and other items so you don't have to pay the 1599.00. and you can build your own machine starting at 1199.00. great for people that already own one machine and are familiar with the operation and repair of the machine.... If it wasn't for the forums and the great people here, my machine wouldn't be running.....

What are you asking for that unit? I have a saw mill and I have some great wood: cedar, walnut, cherry, oak and pine, would you be open for a trade? The wood is air dried since the Ice storm in AR in Jan 2009, if you are Open to a trade PM me with your e-mail. You could put that Junk machine on your Pick-Up, Ill bet I could fill that Pick-up with some great carving wood for your new machine. BJB

Maybe some great patterns also. Tulsa is not far from Yellville, AR
