Thanks to Jason for the pattern and to Tom for the Man Cave Idea. Still need to add color to the man cave.

I also made a couple Cribbage boards. Thanks to Terry for the project.

I wasn't going to stain the whole thing. I was going to stain the center, lines and lettering.
But the stain ran thru the grain and I could not sand all of the runs out. Was suggested to use a gel and the runs shouldn't happen going to try that next time.

Fantastic work! I am really blown away by both projects. Would like to see cribbage board as a project of the month sometime.

Those look great John. Sometimes with oak the grain breaks up the patterns almost like camouflage and you can get a lot of contrast between the dark streaks and the lighter ones.

Nice job jaustin! Glad I gave you some ideas. Nice cribbage boards too! I'm looking forward to seeing what else you create.

Wow! Three very nice projects. Cribbage boards are such fun projects....when all the holes get placed right. I really like the Old Mill scene C-board.

Great job on all three! Inspires me to take the time to make kyself a new CB.
