Can anyone turn this into a usable pattern and one that I could just use the outline? I have tried and failed several times. I keep getting a lot of noise that prevents clean edges and uniformity in the interior. I have other pics if these are not good enough.

Some of these are working out really well. Thank you all for the help. Next question is how do I set it up to cut the pattern out as the outline of the sign? I want to use the pisspot and cut out the outline but still have the interior lines cut into it.

Once you have the patterns on your project board
use the Out-Line Tool to make a cut path,
then deleted the pattern in this sample
and used the 1/16" carving bit to cut the out-line.

and used the 1/16" carving bit to cut the out-line.

Don't you mean use the 1/8" cutting bit or 3/16" cutting bit to cut the outline??

Or 1/16" cutting bit for thin material....?

Thanks! I'm getting closer to what I need. How can I turn the outline you made down the length of the board and how can I take the interior lines of the original and put them on the cut out portion? I think that makes sense.50471

Sorry for all the questions....and they may be simple for most of you but I'm new and still learning......so thank you all for taking the time to help me.

Not sure what you are looking for. Do you want a cutout with the lines on the inside?
