View Full Version : Missing Item From Previous Order?

Has anyone ever had a problem with Carvewright when a item is missing from a order shipped. I recently placed a order and on the evening that I received it I noted and contacted sales@carvewright.com to notify them of the missing item.....this email went unanswered.

A few days passed.....I sent another inquiry and again it went unanswered.

Yesterday I tried calling and sat on hold for 5 minutes and ended up hanging up.....and tonight I sent a third inquiry. Out of the five items ordered the only thing that didn't get sent was the Carvewright Instructional DVD.....it's only $7.....but wth.....it's a matter of principle not to mention the poor customer service.

Sometimes an item could be on back-order. I'm sure LHR will contact you soon!

I've never had a problem and bet you will get an answer from Connie here on the site.

The Instructional DVD's were out of stock and are being shipped out today. YES, shipping should have written this on your invoice and I apologize that they didn't.
