I am still evaluating the machine. I have a design with
routed edges. Does the machine route the edges first
or after the carving is done? Also looking at the instruction
manual, and the Sliding Guide Plate that holds the wood in place,
How high is this plate and does it interfer with the edge routing of
a board? Sending a sample of design with edge routing. I would
expect if using a .75 inch thick board, a 1/2 route would be OK.
But if you use .50 inch thing board, could you still make a 1/2
route? Thanks for any info you could provide.

I 'm not sure, but I would think it would edgerout last to keep material on top for the rollers to ride on .
Also I wouldn't go more than 1/2" deep on a 3/4" board to leave room for the sliding guide plate.
Try it and see what happens.
I also get a warning when I uploaded it that routing the full width of the board may interfear with the rolleres, so they want to know if you want to autojig , manual jig or ignore.

Thanks Dan,
You kinda confirmed what I suspected. Tomorrow I will go to
Sears with a .75 board and check the guide plate. I know some
of this is kinda foolish, but I want to make sure, that when I
get the machine, I at least got a leg up on the ins and outs,
and all the answers I have gotten from this forum have healped
greatly.
