2011 Christmas presents for 11 grandkids - part 1

Jewelry boxes for the 3 girls and "Naughts and Crosses" for the younger 3 boys. All have their names on them and the Xs & Os have and inital no the back.

This tambor box was adapted from a project in Popular Woodworking. He had verious templates to rout the ends, but I designed it so the CarveWright does all the hard stuff and that allowed me to dome the outside of the ends. The tambor top itself and the drawer boxes were old fashion wood working. The drawers are attached to the top so when you open the drawer, the top slides open. They are about 11" long.
