View Full Version : How do I download an old POM?

I had a subscription to POM for all of 2010. Looking back, I see the Eagle Patriot Box from June that I would like to possibly carve. I don't see the files on my computer. How do I download it and have licensed access to it now?

From the help tab in designer go to the "web account login". It will take you to your machine account and it will have a listing of all your patterns and POMs. There should be a link to down load it. You will probably need to do the manage license to activate it.

I tried this and I get the "Vendor Panel". And my password does not work. What am I doing wrong?

The links from your Customer Account are not working correctly. Go to the website store and type part of the name of the project. Click on the photo of it and then the green TRY button to download any patterns, collections or projects.

Sorry. I will try to get someone to fix this today. It's on the list, just not at the top of it.

It is fixed now. You should be able to download patterns/projects from both your Customer Account or the Pattern Depot.

I just purchased the Rose motif tray and I have no way to download it. I tried to download the try function but it says I need a license to open the mpc files. I got a email about the receipt but nothing else. The money came out of my account but I can't use the pattern. Is it because it's the weekend?

the e-mail should have the product serial number on it. you need to activate it through the designer software. open designer, go to help tab and go to manage licenses. I think.... at work right now so I can't walk ya through it right now but that should get you close.

No serial # there I guess I will have to wait till monday when I can can call LHR.

I tried the manage license thing and it doesn't even show an option for the tray. Just the other stuff I've purchased in the past

Log-in to your store account - take a look at your purchase history and find the invoice for your purchase. If should list the serial number there. Then you can activate it as you normally would.

It doesn't have the serial there, It also says pre-authorised instead of complete like the rest of them. real bummer I planned on spending my Saturday doing one. Oh well.

Worked great now. Thanks I went back to my acct and the serial # was there and it worked! Thanks for the help.
