I am kind of foaming at the mouth with the $999 deal being offered for the CW. But had me wondering if they are trying to sell as many as they can because a new updated version will be coming out. Had this happen to me a few times over my life. You know, buy something and 6 months later the new and highly inproved version comes out. Anyone have an insight, sure a heck of a deal for $999!

Well it only comes with a very short Warranty... That is another $200.00 I believe.... For the old warranty... I wonder if LHR will change the Computer Connector on future versions to prevent a old computer from running a new machine? Or if they are now... Or is that what the Activation Thing is all about...

No tricks. Not going out of business. Not making changes. Not making obsolete or replacing.

The ONLY thing different between the 999 and the 1599.99 is 600.99 and minus the 1/8" cutting bit. Warranty is the same on both.

Connie is always on the job:-D
For having a second machine ya don't need much more other than the upgraded belt. Wonder if there is a lay-a-way program for the $999? Than again would have to make another rolling table and put it where??

I'm addicted to this forum just like you guys are. I love my job, the whole CarveWright thing and if I can help someone out during off hours, I don't mind. (my husband does sometimes)

Oh Connie, I was a detective for over 20 years in a big city. A few times when on call had ta take the wife to a few homicide scenes because we were out. (Usually half way into a movie) Thank goodness she was an RN. She stayed in the car, even when I took a few statements in the car. Oh well!

The $600 savings was the clincher for me... I ordered my machine and it a week later. Most fun I've had since... well... I can't remember ever having this much fun! :D

I seen where you revised Jan-Feb 2010. I ran new copy (13) pages. It would be nice if you could indicat which pages were revised. Maybe a triangle with the number inside along side the updated box. The same for the other manuals, would save a lot of printing.

would have to make another rolling table and put it where??

That's what is stopping me. No room.

Already have one in a permanent location and the other on a cart and would love to have another but since I have to do my Carving in a sound proof room (neighbor issues), there just isn't any space for a 3rd machine. Bummer.
