Anyone know where to find a pattern that looks like old Barn wood?
Like this but with out the words.

I can tell you how to make the edges with a die grinder and 45 degree bit! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19fS0XOCsWw&feature=related As forth to the wood a light wire brushing with the same die grinder with a wire wheel, then torch it and then for a graying effect go over it with a watery white wash. The burning and white wash turns gray!

I've used rough sawn cedar. Spray painted it after carving to highlight the letters. Then used a rotery wire brush to clean it all up. It made a good looking rustic sign.
