going away desk organizer and toy box final

I've been working with the Wing Safety office for a couple of weeks and one of the Sergeants there is leaving soon. The guys asked me if I could make him a going away gift using this picture

I came up with this wall hanging

They really liked the idea but also asked if there was any way to make it a desk plate-- I came up with this

also-- just finished another toy box using the Ian's battle zone sign as a headboard for the piece-- hopefully this is my last one for a while (this makes 3 in the last couple of months)
