Bangles

I recently met a guy in another forum who just got a 4 axis machine. He wanted me to make some bracelets for him. He is an exotic wood dealer so no clue what wood he is going to carve these in...dying to see the finished results. Fun to be able to see something cut in full 3d. With the new 4th axis for the cw these could almost be carved..just a hair bigger in diameter 2.75..so close.

those are awesome ... my wife does custom jewelry, she would love those ... maybe that jig can be scaled up just a little

that is a great idea!-- here's a thought... adjust the jig to allow 2.75 material, carve it, then chuck the carved "tube" on a lathe and use a large forstner bit to hollow out the bangle. you could then use a parting tool to part off each bangle and Bob's your uncle!
