Slipping Bit

I thought the 3/16 bit with the pressed on sleeve is not supposed to slip! Well, mine did. It slipped down in the sleeve while carving and cut completely through the board ruining the project.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If I call Carvewright tomorrow (today is Sunday) i wonder if they will replace the bit?

Sounds like a defective bit to me.
