Bag of Parts ??

I have a question. I found a bag of carvewright chuck parts. Do not know where it came from. But there is a chuck head in the bag. I apologize if calling it the wrong name. This is the part that holds the cutter. How hard is it to replace this?

Has your chuck been upgraded to one of the newer chucks ?

I still have the original chuck. And in fact it is getting difficult to remove the cuttters.

I still have the original chuck. And in fact it is getting difficult to remove the cuttters.Perhaps it's time to order the new CarveTight Assembly (CT), and replacement carving and Cutting bits (Those two bits have a special pressed on sleeve for the CT.
