Here is a couple pictures of my rotary jig I made about three weeks ago for making tractor lug tires for 10-12" tractor. This is a Christmas order I'm working on.
The jig is indexed, and turned by hand to the next indexing hole.
The problem I encounted was after the machine made it's cut and I indexed to the next hole, It didn't go through the entire process of measuring the entire jig. This is where we need the "repeat last operation" button to work.
It acted as if it already knew the measurements and went to the left end and started the mpc.
I could only get it to orient properly if I released the rollers and started over.
It would take almost twenty times indexing to complete a set of wheels, so I said heck with it , I can do it faster on my router table, but it does work.
