I have been reading the posts on the CompuCarve machine, as I have been trying to decide if I should purchase this product. I have downloaded the Manual and trial software for the machine. Being a retired Hardware and Software Engineer, the software is quite impressive. It seems like the majority of the problems being expressed on this forum are hardware related. Has anyone heard if CW is in a second production run? Does
CW make any comments or announcements, that many of these problems have been addressed and corrected?

I have not seen anything posted about an additional (or different) production run. I ordered a machine a few days ago and eagerly await it's arrival with baited breath.... (ok... i am anxious....). with any "new" product, there is a certain amount of un-easiness.... but the features available, to me, are a overwhelming "YEEHAA". From what I have seen in this forum and others... the folks at CW will "make it right." I have learned a $()*^ load reading the forums and "tinkering" with the 30 day trial software. So far, I am impressed. I look forward to the day the magic machine arrives and I can produce....

Can anything be left alone on the net without having porn posted to it???

( EDIT: I removed the offending post that this one was referring to. I would say we are all sick of this crap poping up. Jeff_Birt, moderator )
