First off let me say I am not the one selling and I am not promoting the item. But, I ran across this and since I have some old QC carving and cutting bits I am thinking this might be really good, especially with some lock tight?

Someone is selling an adapter for with a hex set screw for the Carve tight system on ebay.

Just my opinion, but...I would NOT recommend using something like this. The adapters on the CW branded bits are precision made and pressed on to provide both secure holding and very low run-out. Adapter bushings like the one above (commonly used on hand routers) generally have horrible run-out and will wear your bits out faster (and potentially cause breakage.)
