head pressure

Hi all i am new of course just got my machine in a couple of days ago. wanted to check everthing by the book and learn as much as i can before i even start it. so i tried to check the head pressure the way they say and cranked it down on the scale but i didn't here any clicks like they said and i heard on the video any suggestions.:confused:

it is a brand new machine

It's a good chance that it is the clutch. Does the handle keep turning after you reach the scale? Being new you should probably call LHR and discuss it with them. With our machine the handle gets a bit harder to turn when it meets the required pressure then the clicking starts.

Is the locking lever pulled out. I'm a new guy to and I have experienced what you are going through. 1st the knot in your stomach and just before the panic sets in you look down and ops there it is.

I've solved that problem a long time ago, I quit using it!
