View Full Version : Adv. Support w/out CC membership?

Was following the recent thread regarding support and happened upon a product from LHR that I did not know was available. Have had my machine app 6 mos, put app 100 hours thusfar and have had no problems. But I do see the handwriting on the wall.

May I inquire as to where I might locate a description and ordering information for the Advance Support w/out CC membership?

Ken, If you purchased your machine with a Standard Warranty then you would still be within limits of your warranty and can get advanced support over the phone at no additional charge. If you do not have a warranty, or later on in the future when it expires, you can still get advanced support without joining the CarversClub. However, there will be a $25 per issue fee that is good until the resolution of that particular issue. Hope that helps to clear things up.
